## Description
_Balloon Kaboom Expert_ is a single player, timed, puzzle game based on
eBrainyGames colour matching game Balloon Kaboom.
Gameplay is very similar to _Balloon Kaboom_ , initially the screen is filled
with coloured balloons. The object is to remove all the balloons and to keep
on playing until time runs out or until a screen cannot be cleared. Balloons
are cleared by clicking on groups of two or more of the same colour, all
adjacent balloons of the same color will pop in chain reactions and, the
longer the chain the higher the points.
This game also has the star balloons which double run points, bonuses for
clearing a colour and a level and most importantly clouds along the side of
the screen which can blow balloons left or right.
Where this game differs from _Balloon Kaboom_ is that the player must decide
the minimum length of chain they will destroy, options are two, three or four
adjacent balloons. Choosing ‘two’ gives an easier game but scores lower than
the other game options. Whatever option is selected the player can still
destroy longer chains but the game will not recognise chains smaller than the
chosen option.
The game has a high score table and when it was released it was possible for
players to compete with other players by uploading their scores to an on-line
Hall of Fame. In 2015 the site which supported this feature is no longer
active.
