Alive 4-ever Returns
In Alive 4-ever Returns the player takes the role over one of four
characters who trie to survive the zombie apocalypse. In its core, this game
is a two-stick shooter using emulated joysticks which are used to move the
character and the shooting direction independently from each other. Besides
killing a lot of undead and various bosses, each of the 40 levels also has
optional side quests like saving civilians which unlock more weapons and
equipment (which have to purchased with found money, though). When a character
levels up, it gains ability points (used to improve statistics like maximal
health or defense) and skills (recharging abilities which give temporary
statistical boosts). However, the player has to choose four skills which can
be accessed during gameplay.
Besides the campaign, there are also two additional playing modes (which
consist of surviving as long as possible against undead) and co-op
multiplayer.
