AirAce: 1914 is a ww1 top-done combat simulator set in the skies above France. The game will feature large campaigns with increased difficulty with missions ranging from dogfights to bombardments. The player will found himself in the middle of one of the biggest conflicts in history where he as to kill to survive.
Progress: AI – 70 % – Right now the AI is focused in only one thing, kill the player, the AI is so good and hard right now that will surely see a buff soon. The only things the AI need right now is a acquire target system, so it attacks a certain target until it dies or if it gets away. Also I would like to implement a defensive AI for when the player is behind and ready to fire.
Mechanics 80% – The game mechanics are also almost done and only needs a few tweaks and revision.
Graphics 40% – This is where it gets ugly, and there is a double mean for that, the only experience I have is working as a programmer and right now I’m working alot to improve the graphics in the game but for me that as been the true challenge in the making of this game.
Campaign 0% – Didn’t start working on this but I’m thinking of doing large campaigns with varied missions.

\- 2D (I might transit to 2.5D to improve the look of the game) Top-down combat-sim.

\- Large doghfights featuring possibly more than 25 aircraft in combat at the same time.
\- Large ammount of flyable aircraft.
\- Large and immersive campaigns.
Other info:
\- one of the other things I was thinking of doing for this game is a multiplayer game mode, however my experience in making games with multiplayer is small or even not existent.
