SSTap打开后无法连接

      为什么打开sstap的时候会显示：HTTP started  failed，开出来之后连接的话会显示HTTP  is not started。求大神帮忙解决

      这个肯定是被防火墙阻止了。启动提示添加防火墙的时候应该点同意。
