An Intel Core 2 Duo U7600 CPU is required at a minimum to run Red Eclipse. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i5-650 to play the game. Red Eclipse system requirements state that you will need at least 2 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 4 GB of RAM in order to run Red Eclipse to its full potential. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 1 GB of free disk space available. By contrast, the game developers recommend somewhere around 2 GB of free disk space on your system drive. Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT graphics card you can play the game. Futhermore, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 280 is recommended in order to run Red Eclipse with the highest settings.
Red Eclipse will run on PC system with XP and upwards. Additionally it has Mac and Linux versions.
