To get high FPS at Recommended system requirements equip your PC with at least a Nvidia GTX 950 or AMD R7 370 and an intel i5 3570 processor. An Nvidia GTX 950 at 1440p on Ultra settings gets around 30 frames per second. At 1080p the same graphics card and ultra settings gets around 55 FPS
