Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce 6100 graphics card you can play the game. The minimum memory requirement for Asphyxia is 512 MB of RAM installed in your computer.
Asphyxia will run on PC system with Win XP+ and upwards. Additionally it has Mac and Linux versions.
