Provided that you have at least an Intel HD 4000 graphics card you can play the game. Futhermore, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 is recommended in order to run MachineCraft with the highest settings. To play MachineCraft you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Pentium 4 2.00GHz. Whereas, an Intel Core i5-650 is recommended in order to run it.
