Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT graphics card you can play the game. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti. You will need at least 1 GB of free disk space to install Locked-in syndrome. An Intel Core 2 Quad Q9000 CPU is required at a minimum to run Locked-in syndrome. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i5-2300 to play the game. The minimum memory requirement for Locked-in syndrome is 2 GB of RAM installed in your computer. Additionally, the game developers recommend somewhere around 4 GB of RAM in your system.
Locked-in syndrome will run on PC system with XP, Vista, 7, 8 and upwards.
