The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti. Futhermore, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti is recommended in order to run SecondSpeed with the highest settings. You will need at least 2 GB of free disk space to install SecondSpeed. The minimum memory requirement for SecondSpeed is 2 GB of RAM installed in your computer. If possible, make sure your have 4 GB of RAM in order to run SecondSpeed to its full potential. To play SecondSpeed you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i3-530. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i5-650 to play the game.
