An Intel Core i3-540 CPU is required at a minimum to run Faraway Islands. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i5-650 to play the game. The minimum memory requirement for Faraway Islands is 1 GB of RAM installed in your computer. If possible, make sure your have 2 GB of RAM in order to run Faraway Islands to its full potential. Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce 7200 GS graphics card you can play the game. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 200 MB of free disk space available. By contrast, the game developers recommend somewhere around 500 MB of free disk space on your system drive.
Faraway Islands will run on PC system with Windows 7 and upwards.
