Chip system requirements state that you will need at least 512 MB of RAM. To play Chip you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an AMD Athlon II Dual-Core M300. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 to play the game. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an Intel 82945G Express.
Chip will run on PC system with Windows 7 and upwards.
