An Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 CPU is required at a minimum to run EMERGENCY 20. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i5-2500 to play the game. EMERGENCY 20 system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. You will need at least 20 GB of free disk space to install EMERGENCY 20. Provided that you have at least an AMD Radeon HD 6670 graphics card you can play the game. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti.
EMERGENCY 20 will run on PC system with Windows 7 SP1 64-bit / Windows 8.1 64-bit / Windows 10 64-bit and upwards. Additionally it has a Mac version.
