An Intel Core i3-530 CPU is required at a minimum to run The Apartment. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i5-650 to play the game. You will need at least 19 GB of free disk space to install The Apartment. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an ATI Radeon HD 4870.
