In terms of game file size, you will need at least 200 MB of free disk space available. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce 6100. Splash system requirements state that you will need at least 1 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 2 GB of RAM in order to run Splash to its full potential. An Intel Core 2 Duo T7250 CPU is required at a minimum to run Splash. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i5-4690 to play the game.
Splash will run on PC system with Windows Vista SP1 and upwards. Additionally it has a Mac version.
