From the Dead
When the chapter begins, you’ll need to mash the O button to reboot Marcus, who is on the ground in the rain. You’ll then have to scan each part of Marcus’ body that is damaged. Hit each of the button prompts as they appear to crawl on the ground. Eventually, you’ll see a leg part that Marcus can use, hit the prompts to sit up and detach broken leg. Then attach the new one you just found.
Next, continue to crawl on the ground as you hit the buttons that appear. You’ll push aside other androids while you move, and eventually, you’ll find another leg that Marcus can use. Use the prompts to make Marcus attach the new leg and stand up. You’ll then have to escape the junkyard and repair Marcus.
FINDING PARTS
You’ll have to follow the path ahead of you. You can’t clearly scan or stop the ringing sound because of how damaged Marcus is. Continue up the path and through the narrow area. There will be an android that scares Marcus before you continue moving forward.
You’ll have to tap the X button to get through the area with many android hands, as well as getaway when Marcus is grabbed by another android. Stand up and continue moving forward, you’ll have to search the wide area to discover parts Marcus can use to repair himself.
Start by moving towards the open area and look for a broken head on the ground to examine. You’ll find an eye that Marcus can use.
Hit the prompts that appear to gather the eye and repair Marcus’ vision. You’ll be able to scan the area much easier and discover the other parts you need.
You can easily move to each one of the spots marked off by your scan to gather the parts you need. You’ll find the audio unit for Marcus on the left side of another large machine. Press the buttons as they appear to gather it and repair Macrus’ audio. This will make the sound normal again and get rid of the ringing.
To find the pump unit, you can go about it a few ways. You can either go towards an active body unit of an android to take it, but you’ll have to kill the android in the process.
Or you can search around more towards the hill to find a deactivated android with a body pump that Marcus can use. Do this and hit the prompts to gather the unit and repair Marcus enough to climb out of the area.
